At EuroPoms, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
Grooming or hygiene products once opened.
Customized or personalized items.
Clearance or final sale products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Email us at support@europoms79.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide a return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
The damaged/incorrect item
The packaging it arrived in
We’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your payment provider (some take longer to process).
