1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
Note: During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.
We offer the following shipping methods:

Express Shipping (if available in your region)
You will be able to choose your preferred option at checkout.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to most locations domestically and selected international regions.
If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us to explore alternative delivery options.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
International Orders: Estimated delivery within 15–27 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your chosen method of contact).
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via the tracking link provided.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, lost packages, wrong address entered), please email to us immediately at support@europoms79.com.
EuroPoms is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs clearance.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
8. Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
